A stunning and unspoilt luxury villa in the beautiful residential area of โ€‹โ€‹San Chuchim, located within walking distance of the old town and the seafront.
The villa is of the highest class with sunshine from morning to evening.
The villa is in excellent condition with separate garage and guest studio apartment with double bed, kitchen and bathroom. Behind the garage is a separate laundry room.
The villa has three bedrooms on the first floor as well as kitchen with island and modern appliances. The living room is beautifully furnished with fireplace, dining room and access to two terraces. The villa also has a large and inviting garden with a great saltwater pool and outdoor shower.
The garden has grills / fireplaces with several fruit trees and plenty of seating.
On the second floor we find a master bedroom with private bathroom. The bedroom has access to the terrace with sea view. Here is also a TV lounge with access to the terrace, with stunning sea views. Outside the living room to the pool we find an inviting outdoor kitchen, all under the roof. The outdoor kitchen has gas hobs, oven and own fireplace / grill. The entire villa is winter insulated with central heating and floor heating. The villa also has central air conditioning throughout the house.

Altea is unique in several ways. The old town is famous for its unique light, whitewashed houses, fragrant flowers, art, university, cozy church square. Altea is a wonderful city where you can walk around the seafront and relax on the beautiful pebble beaches and in the evening see fishing boats tough into the harbor. Here is a selection of restaurants, tapas bars and much more. In the modern part of Altea you will find all kinds of shops, banks, market hall, playground, town hall, sports and concert halls. Along the seafront you will find many restaurants, bars and can also enjoy a wonderful view of the Mediterranean as you walk from the harbor to the River Algar's mouth. The lower part of the ancient city called "Bellaguarda", the city founded by the Arabs, is very cozy. The rest of the old town that extends from the city center to the church area has a number of small charming streets to stroll on and a variety of nice views, restaurants and small shops. Summary: Visited over New Year week. House is beautiful with wonderful shared spaces as well as areas to relax alone. View from second floor porch is gorgeous. Walk is easy to cultural arts center, grocery store, and old city. We walked to dinner most nights. Easy drive to fabulous hiking. This property has it all! Owner was very responsive and answered all questions promptly. Thank you very much! We will be back.

Summary: We had a great stay at Sivโ€™s villa. Everything was as described and it was even better in person. Itโ€™s a short walk down to Altea old town and about a 20 min walk down to the front promenade. There is a supermarket less than 10 mins away. The view from the balcony at the top was breath taking. Would definitely stay again if back in Altea.

Summary: We found the villa an excellent choice for a family holiday. The property is spacious inside and out, very well maintained, appointed and designed. The pool area is a good size and has shade from the palm trees. The villa is in a good location with a view across the countryside and the sea. It is a fairly easy walking distance to Altea old town and some of our party walked to the coastline and on to Albir without too much effort. Cafes, bars and restaurants are also within walking distance.

Summary: This villa is absolutely fantastic! The pictures donโ€™t do it justice there is just so much space. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and dining room downstairs and upstairs there is a bedroom with its own bathroom, living room and itโ€™s own beautiful covered outdoor seating area with gorgeous views. Then outside thereโ€™s the covered dining area plus 2 other seated areas. Outdoors there is a barbecue, pizza oven plus outdoor cooker and sink plus outdoor shower for the pool. Short (uphill) walk to Altea which is a beautiful place. All cobbled winding streets and fairy lights. Thereโ€™s a supermarket near - we managed on 1 big shop and we got a taxi back with the shopping then topped up with bits and pieces from the smaller shops in Altea. I would recommend booking a restaurant for the weekend as it does get very busy around the main square but we did find one without booking but off the main part. Great communication from the owner and the agent - thank you for having us !

Summary: Lovely house, very wel equipped, apacious and nicely furnished wich give you a peaceful feeling. The garden area is great with a nice place by the pool to cook en have nice and long conversations at the big table with family and friends. Good location. Siv ans Steinar were available and very helpful!

Summary: Lovely property, the pool area is fab with plenty of shade. The property has plenty of space and is well furnished. Aircon also works well. 15-20 min walk to the beach and 10 mins to the old town with lots of lovely beaches so car not essential but recommended if you have little ones.
